Q) Do you work with insurance companies?
A) Absolutely, The Cutting Edge Auto Glass is an insurance approved business and we work with all insurance companies. Additionally, we complete all of the necessary paperwork for you. All we ask is that you contact your insurance agent, notify them of your claim and we will handle the rest for you. Please note, some insurance companies have “preferred-providers” to conduct work for them. However, you as their customer have the right to choose the provider of your choice and just because the business you choose is not on their preferred provider list does not mean you will receive anything less in quality or service. It simply means the preferred provider has already agreed to the terms and conditions of your insurance company and has worked with them in the past. The Cutting Edge Auto Glass has worked with most major insurance companies in the past and we will continue to provide our customers with the best possible service and quality of work as any preferred provider. Remember, you have the right under law to use the auto glass provider of your choice.
Q) Do you offer a warranty?
A) Yes, at The Cutting Edge Auto Glass you will receive a written lifetime guarantee against leaks (water/air) and for our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.
Q) My glass was broken this morning, can you replace it today?
A) Absolutely, we understand your auto glass needs and in most instances we can resolve your problem the same day as we have access to thousands of various auto glasses.
Q) My windshield has some damage, but appears to be minor or small. Do I need to replace the entire windshield?
A) Not always, in most instances minor damage such as a rock-chip/stone-chip may be repaired thus restoring the windshields integrity and in most cases eliminating or greatly reducing the visual effect of the damage and ultimately saving your windshield. As always, it is best to be proactive and contact us as soon as you notice minor damage or a rock chip on your windshield. Windshield repairs are always much less expensive than the costs associated with windshield replacement when comes down to it.
Q) I’m ready to have my auto glass repaired/replaced, how do I get a quote or schedule an appointment?
A) Just pick up the phone and give us a call for a free no-obligation quote or to schedule your appointment. Keep in mind our mobile service is free of charge and there are never any hidden fees. The quote you receive is the bottom-line price.
Q) Do you provide equipment glass or heavy equipment glass services for construction equipment?
A) Yes, we provide custom cut equipment glass service to your job-site. Please keep in mind the molding around the glass (if any) should be preserved for proper custom fit of the replacement glass. We also provide windshields and other glass needs for 18-wheelers and bobtail trucks.
Q) My window won’t roll up or down any longer, what seems to be the problem?
A) In most cases your window motor or window regulator is damaged or worn out. This problem usually can be resolved by replacing the window regulator or window motor (we recommend both be replaced at the same time). Our service technicians can also replace window regulators and window motors. Please let us know when you call if this is the situation in order we better serve your needs upon arrival to your home or office.
Q) Another auto glass provider replaced my windshield and now I have a leaking windshield. Can you repair the leaky windshield?
A) In most cases a leaky windshield can be repaired and we will be glad to come out and seal your windshield leaks.
